Great Grinder, So-So Support
Overall, the quality of the product is great. I was just disappointed in customer service because I had reached out to the seller right after placing the order, asking for a preview of how the images would be cropped before it shipped and never got a response. I was satisfied with the result when it shipped though.

The personalisation on the front is of good quality although minor improvments could be done about the sharpness and clarity.
