- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- Holiday seasons and peak shipping periods
- Force majeure events

Shipping Carriers
Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is entirely outside of our control. We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by the carrier
- Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
- Delivery to incorrect addresses due to customer error
- Failed delivery attempts
International Shipping
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Customers are fully responsible for all customs fees, import duties, VAT, and any other taxes or fees imposed by their country. These charges are:
- NOT included in the product price or shipping costs

- Required to be paid directly to the carrier or customs agency
- Non-refundable, even if you refuse the package

Customs Delays
International orders may be subject to customs inspections and processing, which can cause significant delays. MunchMakers.com is not responsible for any delays caused by customs procedures.
Customer Responsibilities
By placing an order, customers accept full responsibility for:
- Providing accurate shipping information - We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Being available for delivery - Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability may result in return shipping fees
- Paying all applicable taxes and fees - Including customs, duties, VAT, and brokerage fees
- Tracking their package - Using the tracking number provided to monitor delivery status
- Contacting the carrier - For any delivery issues or concerns once the package is in transit
Lost or Damaged Packages
- For packages marked as delivered but not received, please check with neighbors and building management, and contact the carrier directly
- MunchMakers.com is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier
- For damaged packages, please document the damage and contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos
- Claims for lost packages must be filed with the carrier
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused or deemed undeliverable and returned to us:
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
- Refunds will only be issued after deducting original and return shipping costs
- Refused packages due to customs fees will not be refunded
