Ordering

Our MOQ varies by product. Most products start at 12–24 units; you can see specific minimums on each product page. For custom bulk orders, contact our wholesale team.

Orders can be modified within 2 hours of placement. After that, production may have started. Contact support immediately if you need changes.

Once your order ships, you'll get an email with tracking. You can also see all orders by signing into your account.

Shipping & delivery

Free shipping on orders over $50. Standard rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Expedited options available.

Standard shipping is 3–7 business days. Custom-printed products take 5–10 business days because of production. Rush options at checkout.

Yes — we ship to most countries. Rates and times vary; import duties may apply at delivery.

Returns & refunds

We accept returns of unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Custom-designed products can't be returned unless there's a defect. Contact support to start a return.

Sign into your account and go to order history, or contact support with your order number. We'll send a return label and instructions.

Design tool

Pick a customizable product, click "Create your design," then drag and drop logos / images / text in our editor. We send a digital proof inside one business day.

PNG, JPG, SVG, AI, and PDF. For best results: 300 DPI minimum, transparent backgrounds for logos, vector preferred.

Yes. When signed in, every design is saved automatically. Reorder with one click — same art, same color, same build.

Wholesale & bulk orders

Tiered pricing applies automatically at checkout. The more you buy, the more you save — typical discounts are 10–40% depending on quantity. See the volume table on each product page.

Yes. Verified retailers get exclusive pricing, NET-30 terms, and a dedicated account manager. Apply via the contact form.

Payment

PayPal Advanced Checkout: PayPal wallet, credit + debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. NET-30 invoices for verified accounts.

Yes. TLS 1.3 encryption end-to-end, no card data on our servers — payments processed via PayPal.

You can check out as a guest, but an account gives you order tracking, saved designs, NET-30 eligibility, and one-click reorders.
