Frequently Asked Questions

1. Pricing & Discounts

How does pricing work?

In each product listing, there is a wholesale pricing box. The more you buy, the lower the cost per unit. Increase the quantity to apply the discount. Discounts are calculated automatically after adding to cart. Prices do not include shipping and possible taxes.

Can I select multiple colors to get the same discount?

Yes! As long as the material and size of the grinder is the same, the discount will apply. For example, if you wanted 50 (2.4″) 4-piece zinc grinders in 5 different colors, just create each color variant and make sure your total quantity is 50+ to unlock that volume discount.

2. Shipping & Payment

What are the shipping options?

Every order receives a unique tracking number. Orders can ship via air (3–7 business days, location-dependent). Orders of 33 lbs (15 kg) or more can be shipped by ground or sea (4–6 weeks), which is often more cost-effective. Shipping prices may change due to seasonality and market rates.

When can I receive my order?

Grinder Orders:
• Up to 100 units: 3–5 business days
• Up to 500 units: 5–8 business days
• 1,000–10,000 units: ~10 business days
• 10,000+ units: ~15–25 business days

Rolling Papers: ~10–15 business days
Tin Rolling Trays: ~15–20 business days
Wooden Trays: ~5–10 business days

3. Design & Branding

I need design help

We offer complimentary design services. Please email [email protected] for assistance. We can create free mockups of grinders, boxes, or any other item in our catalog.

Which printing methods do you use?

What are the branding options?

Orders of 500+ units qualify for free six-panel custom grinder boxes and branded bags. Orders of 200–499 can get them for $1 per box. We also offer branding on rolling papers, ashtrays, vape pens, and other products for larger orders. Additional premium print options include gold foil, all-over printing, bottom printing, leather, stainless steel, and more. Contact [email protected] for details.

What are the best weed grinders?

The best grinders are made from durable materials like aluminum or titanium, feature sharp teeth, and often include a kief catcher. MunchMakers offers premium grinders balancing quality, functionality, and customization.

6. Using & Maintaining Grinders

How do weed grinders work?

Weed grinders typically have two or more chambers with sharp teeth. When you twist the top, the teeth shred the herb into an even consistency. Some grinders include a lower chamber to collect kief.

Are grinders good for weed?

Yes. They enhance the smoking or vaping experience by creating a consistent grind, leading to a smoother burn, better airflow, and reduced waste.

Do grinders conserve weed?

Yes. Grinders ensure an even grind, reducing waste. Models with kief catchers collect trichomes, which you can reuse, further conserving your supply.

Do grinders wear out?

Over time, grinders can dull or develop buildup, especially with frequent use. Metal grinders last longer than plastic ones. Regular cleaning and maintenance help extend their life.

How to clean weed grinders?

Disassemble your grinder, brush out loose debris, and soak parts in isopropyl alcohol for ~30 minutes. Scrub gently, then rinse with warm water. Dry thoroughly before reassembly. Regular cleaning keeps your grinder efficient and odor-free.

Can you wash weed grinders?

Yes. After brushing away loose particles, soak in isopropyl alcohol to break down residues. Rinse well and ensure it’s fully dry before using again. This helps prevent rust or mold.

Can you smoke the warning paper on RAW rolling papers?

Rolling papers are generally affordable, ranging from $2 for a small pack to $10 or more for premium brands or larger quantities. MunchMakers also offers custom rolling papers.
