No Cannabis Products

MunchMakers does not sell, distribute, handle, or ship:

  • Cannabis or marijuana in any form
  • THC or CBD products
  • Any controlled substances
  • Any products containing cannabis derivatives

We sell ONLY packaging and accessories for use by licensed cannabis businesses.

Custom Products

Design Responsibility

For custom printed products:

  • Customers own and are responsible for all artwork
  • We do not verify trademark or copyright ownership
  • Customers indemnify us against infringement claims
  • We reserve the right to refuse inappropriate designs

Proofing and Approval

  • Customers must approve all proofs before production
  • Approved designs cannot be changed after production starts
  • We are not responsible for errors in approved proofs
  • Color matching is approximate unless specifically contracted

  • Food-grade materials used where applicable

Child Resistance

  • Intellectual property disputes
  • Third-party claims

Changes to Products

We reserve the right to:

  • Discontinue products without notice
  • Modify product specifications
  • Change suppliers or materials
  • Update pricing without notice
